What is Covered:
Beall Tire Company warrants to its customers that if any passenger or light truck tire purchased from Beall Tire becomes unserviceable in private use as a result of an eligible adjustable condition during the tread life as defined below, a new tire will be provided with credit given for the unusable one at an amount determined by multiplying the original purchase price by the percentage of original tread depth remaining on that tire.

Tread Life:
When the tread becomes worn down to 2/32nds of an inch anywhere on the tire (shown by tread wear indicators molded into the tire in the tread grooves) the tire is worn out and this warranty ends.
Road Hazards:
Beall Tire will refund, for all legitimate road hazards on Delta, Eldorado, and Aurora brand passenger tires and p-metric light truck highway tread tires, an amount of fifty percent of the original value of the affected tire provided there is at least fifty percent of the original tread remaining on that tire. Not eligible for road hazard adjustments are any all-terrain, mud- terrain, or other off-road tires; high performance tires; commercial tires; trailer tires; agricultural tires; and any tire which has been run flat.
Conditions and Exclusions:
Any tire, no matter how well constructed, may fail in service or otherwise become unserviceable due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer. Nothing in this warranty is intended to be a representation by Beall Tire Company that tire failure cannot occur.
Owner�s Obligations:
Proper vehicle and tire care is necessary to obtain the expected wear from a tire. It is the consumer�s obligation to properly maintain his tires and the vehicle on which they are mounted including: operating tires at the inflation pressures recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, keeping tire/wheel assemblies in proper balance, proper wheel alignment and regular tire rotation.
What is Covered:
This warranty policy covers any new, original tread Continental and Akuret brand bias and radial constructed agricultural tire purchased from Beall Tire Company which has been used in normal agricultural service for up to five years from the date of manufacture. Tires are adjusted for ride-related conditions only during the first 3 months of service and up to 1/32nd inch of tread wear.

The owner-user is obligated to operate tires within tire load and speed limits based on cold air pressures as specified by the manufacturer according to individual tire size, type and load capacity, and to maintain proper alignment of wheels.
Pro-Rata Replacement Credit:
For any eligible warranty condition within five years of the date of tire manufacture, Beall Tire will offer the following credit allowance for purchase of a new replacement tire:

Field Hazard/Stubble Damage Policy:
Beall Tires Field Hazard/Stubble Damage warranty policy applies to the original purchaser of the agricultural tire. If, under normal service and within five years of service a tire should become unusable and unrepairable due to field hazard or stubble damage,
Beall Tire will offer the following credit allowance for purchase of a new replacement tire:

Beall Tire Company warrants to its customers that if any medium truck tire purchased from Beall Tire becomes unserviceable in private use as a result of an eligible adjustable condition during the tread life as defined above, a new tire will be provided with credit given for the unusable one at an amount determined by multiplying the original purchase price of the tire, excluding Federal Excise Tax, by the percentage of original tread depth remaining on that tire.
In addition, if any Sumitomo radial truck casing becomes unserviceable or cannot be retreaded because of a workmanship related condition, a casing allowance will be granted. Every Sumitomo radial tire casing except the 748 and 758 models will be warranted to the first purchaser during its first and second retread life for a period of four years from the date of manufacture, and the 748 and 758 for five years at a rate shown below:

This limited warranty does not apply to any tire with serial number or DOT number removed or buffed or any unserviceable conditions resulting from:
LIMITATIONS:
A cash refund will not be given in lieu of the credits provided for unless Beall Tire Company in its sole discretion elects. No customer of Beall Tire Company has the authority to make any commitment, promise, addition or modification to the terms of this warranty.
Beall Tire Company shall not be responsible for any commercial loss, damage to or loss of any property other than the tire itself, or any other incidental damages arising from any defect in any tire purchased from Beall Tire Company.

We continually receive returns for adjustment that are not marked to indicate who they are from or why they are being returned. This is a problem for us because we have to be able to identify a warrantable condition in order to give you the proper adjustment.
Should you need to return a tire for adjustment, please mark the tire as follows:
Always remind your customers to keep proper maintenance with their tires including frequent air pressure checks as well as regular rotation. The customer should also document mileage at purchase time and mileage at each rotation should any warranty condition arise that would require supporting documentation to verify the claim.
Following the above procedure will help us process your claims quickly and accurately and insure that we are able to get proper credit back to you by the time of your next shipment.
